As our communities and business continue to feel the increased impact of Coronavirus, we want to apprise you that during this difficult time, Digicartz is putting in measures to safeguard the well-being of employees while ensuring that our core mission of safe and reliable services continues uninterrupted.
Our focus is on two critical aspects - Employee safety and Customer safety.
- Sanitization protocols are instituted to ensure safety and well being of our employees.
- We are ensuring awareness and hygiene advisory communication across all quarters through relevant channels of communication. Additionally, WHO and Govt of India approved guidelines are being displayed at our facility.
- We are stressing the importance of Social Distancing, frequent washing of hands and sanitizing.
- We are going cashless and accepting only prepaid orders to avoid hygiene issues. During the quarantine, it becomes quite essential to provide a safe way for your customers to receive their orders without any contact with the couriers and hence we have introduced contactless delivery for all orders received after 17.04.2020.
The company has and will continue to quickly make adjustments to service, if needed, in response to government directives on health and safety. Our preventive measures and readiness will enable us to handle any likely breaches in service deliverables depending on the spread of pandemic.
